At Inner Calmer World, treatments vary from a quick fix to a comprehensive full-body session. Durations start at 30 minutes for a quick fix, extending up to 60 or 90 minutes for a full-body treatment. A quick fix effectively alleviates discomfort and pain by directly addressing the issue and applying Reiki Healing until the energy is balanced. It's ideal for minor conditions like Frozen Shoulder, Trapped Nerves, Sciatica, Migraines, and similar issues. Alternatively, a 60-minute full-body treatment offers a chance to destress, relax, unwind, and manage overwhelming emotions by purging negativity and infusing positive, loving energy. For those interested in incorporating Healing Crystals with their Reiki session, the treatment extends to 90 minutes.
Hands On Healing. Treatments are performed lying down on a relaxing treatment couch with a comfortable pillow and blanket or if you prefer you can be seated sat upright in a chair. Choose which position is most comfortable for you. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, you can bring a pair of socks or slippers to keep your tootsies nice and warm. Being warm and cozy is key in helping you to relax. There's nothing more distracting than trying to chill out with chilly feet.

Distant Healing. Works exactly the same as a hands on treatment in my practice. The obvious difference being you are actually somewhere else;. it could be your office, home, caravan, hotel even your car. Where you choose to receive Reiki is up to you as long as you are comfortable and open to receive an amazing Reiki Healing experience that's all I can ask for.
